Welcome to the world of

Fantasy Realism Illustration.

In Fantasy Realism Illustration, I merge fantasy and reality to explore the relationship between humans and the world. These works invite viewers to see the everyday from new perspectives and to discover the overlooked wonders hidden within.

Children and Adults

This illustration symbolizes the contrast between childhood and adulthood. The right half of the composition is filled with dreamy, vibrant colors that evoke the carefree spirit of childhood, full of joy and imagination. In contrast, the left half is rendered in dark, chaotic, and oppressive tones, reflecting the pressures and challenges of adult life.

The inspiration for this work came from my return to my childhood hometown during the summer of 2025. I discovered that the giant old tree—once providing shade and a place for us to play—had been cut down, replaced by a workplace. I chose this tree as the central subject of the piece. On the right branches, I designed balloons, a pinwheel, and a swing to symbolize the joy and playfulness of childhood. On the left branches, I formed half of a mask to represent how, as we grow up, we often wear masks to hide our true selves when interacting with others. I also included a deliberately unappealing office building on this side, serving as a metaphor for the burdens and pressures of adult life.

The umbrella is a ship in the sea

This image was inspired on a rainy day as I walked along the shore beneath an umbrella. I imagined the umbrella as a small vessel adrift at sea, while the rain-laden sky became a restless ocean, its waves crashing down upon us in endless succession.

Nature in Our Hands

This illustration centers on the theme of environmental protection. The idea originated from an assignment where my professor asked me to select several objects and combine them into a meaningful illustration. The five objects I chose were a book, a television, hands, rabbits, and a tree. From this, Nature in Our Hands was born.

In terms of design, I framed the composition inside a television to make it resemble a program, reminding viewers that environmental issues are part of our daily narrative. For the central image, I depicted hands emerging from an open book and holding a tree, symbolizing that our survival depends on our own hands to sustain and protect the environment. At the base of the tree, I placed two rabbits happily playing, representing a world where nature thrives in harmony with human life.

From the book, hands emerge to cradle the tree—an image reminding us that the protection of our environment is not only essential but a duty we must never forget.
